Reopening after Coronavirus LockdownWe're Good To Go

Aberllynfi House has been closed to guests throughout the Coronavirus crisis. Once Welsh Government confirms it is safe to do so, we will welcome new and returning guests and as you would expect, introduce additional control measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of guests, staff and the local community.  This is currently planned for the 11th of july onward.

We have conducted a Risk Assessment for our entire operation which has helped us identify areas where we need to adapt our operation to keep the risk of transmission as low as possible.

Altered Cleaning routines. High frequency touch areas such as doors, handles and rails will be cleaned regularly throughout the day. Conversely, your room will not be serviced during your stay. Facilities for hand hygiene including sanitizer will be provided. We will be paying particular attention to cleaning and sanitising bedrooms in-between guests. We have produced and will follow cleaning check lists to ensure rooms and communal areas are Covid-secure.

For your safety, to achieve greater Social Distancing, we will only be opening a limited number of rooms. This will also allow rooms to remain empty between reservations. This may mean operating 2 night minimum stays and of course, we will require all guests to observe social distancing etiquette in communal areas.  

Check-in and Check-out will be contactless and socially distanced. Pre-authorised card payments are preferred.  

Breakfast A luxury breakfast hamper will be delivered to your bedroom each morning. All rooms are equipped with a table & chairs. The Breakfast Menu  will be adapted and will of course still be of be of the highest quality. Dietary needs will be accommodated.

Lunch and Evening Meals Packed Lunches and Evening Meals can be ordered from our Room Service menu, alternatively, takeaways can be collected from several local establishments.

All future reservations come with the ability to postpone or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. This allows any guests who develop symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms to reschedule their stay. If we develop symptoms or have to quarantine, we will offer you a refund or alternative dates.

Measures may need to be increased or decreased in line with government advice and best practice.
