At Aberllynfi House, we take your safety seriously.
We are confident that our Covid-Secure Risk Assessment and Control Measures keep the risk of transmission as low as possible in line with government reccomendations.
We continue to follow Welsh Government advice to protect the health and wellbeing of guests and staff. In Wales businesses must undertake a specfic coronavirus risk assessment and take reasonable meaures to minimise the spread of coronavirus. It is strongly advised that anyone with Coronavirus should continue to self-isolate for 5 full days and LFT test on days 5 & 6.
We continue to request that guests and staff respect physical distancing and wear a face covering if this isn't possible.
Check-in and Check-out will be contactless and socially distanced. Pre-authorised card payments are preferred. To avoid unessesary face to face contact after check-in a messaging system is in place.
Breakfast can either be taken in in the dining room which is well ventilated and has good table spacing, the comfort of your bedroom (all rooms having table & chairs) or on the riverside terrace.
Cleaning Routines . High frequency touch areas such as doors, handles and rails are cleaned regularly. Facilities for hand hygiene including sanitizer are provided
Housekeeping For your reassurance, your bedroom only serviced if requested by guests. Access to fresh beverage items, towels etc will be provided. . We pay particular attention to cleaning, sanitising and ventilating bedrooms in-between guests. Early check-in (before 4pm)is only available if the room was vacant the prevoius night.
Cancellation terms are usually 12-14 days, and will be confirmed during the booking process. We will try our best to offer flexibility in extenuating circumstances.
